I like the location of Sahid Nagoya hotel, I checked in late around 8pm, the staff was friendly, we wanted to check in, they treated us well and patiently, but look at the room which was not clean, the bathroom was slippery and clogged.. what I was most upset about was that the room was not ready for occupancy and they had already sold it. There was a lot of hair on the mattress, it was already dirty, there was a little blood, they did not tidy the room before the guest wanted to come in. After we complained, the staff immediately changed the bed sheets but the floor still had a lot of hair.. thank you for treating us well.. but please improve the comfort for the guests.
