Quang Binh trip is quite ok, forest and mountain scenery is very beautiful, fresh air 😍 Back to the hotel, my group and I were not very satisfied. Spacious room, 2 beds for 4 people quite clean. The staff and the host spoke gently, friendly. Comfortable beds, pillows too high. The minus point is that in the room there is no wardrobe, hangers as well as patchy towels, look very dirty. Shower in the bathroom is broken, turn on the shower faucet is the shower and the bottom faucet always flows, not sure how. There were no slippers in the room, asking the staff to call them "barefooted" so the group had to bring shoes to the room to go. The most frustrating is the breakfast, at the time of booking there was free breakfast but the arrival time was a little different. Honestly, the price of breakfast there is not expensive so it is free or not, I do not care much, but the treatment of this place annoys the whole group. The next morning I went to check in with a group to come first, they also asked about breakfast because they heard it was free, the lady said that because the motels had discounted the group so they did not free breakfast anymore. Ok, when I heard that I felt normal, at that time I also forgot about this free breakfast. When we checked in, we asked the staff about breakfast, she said it was to ask and then informed later. In the afternoon, when we went out to ask about the mistress's call, they said that they didn't free breakfast for us due to the 30.4 ceremony. I asked why is it still visible on the web, she said it was because the web site forgot to adjust it. Does it sound fun? The next morning I have breakfast at a restaurant outside only 20k / person, breakfast is finished at 9am. We went back to the room to go out and then went back, after check out we were taking the car to go out. The young lady asked the motel to free us for breakfast (at that time a group of guests came) and asked us. Have breakfast => The whole group looked at each other, found it so scary, after 9am, nearly 10am and asked people to have breakfast while knowing we had it. No comment! Ah, forgot to say that the air conditioner in my room seems to be broken or something. Press the button for the whole session without knowing it is running yet. The room key is used to turn on the electricity in the room, but removing the key from the lock is from the door lock, both in the room and outside the room, so at night the staff knocked on the door to ask the ID to register the room. Pull the key out, open the door, and turn off the electricity.
