Currently, the Holiday Inn Bandung is officially our family's favorite 4-star hotel. We stayed there yesterday because we were interested in trying hotels under the IHG group. We had previously stayed at other IHG hotels in Bandung. Our experience there was very satisfying. From the spacious rooms, aesthetic design, and complete hotel facilities. The highlight was the fitness center; it's more serious than most local fitness centers. The swimming pool is also quite large. Breakfast was incredibly diverse, with a selection of choices, even surpassing some 5-star hotels in Bandung. The food was also delicious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was its location in Pasteur. For those familiar with Bandung, the hotel's location in Pasteur can be a bit tricky, as it requires a long turnaround to get to the hotel if returning from Bandung city via the non-toll road. However, aside from the hotel's inconvenient location, the hotel was incredibly comfortable. In short, this hotel is a winner, and we want to return there again.

The service was excellent, and the staff (gentleman) was very friendly in the restaurant. After breakfast, you can take your food home. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I'd definitely stay at the Holiday Inn again next time I'm in Bandung.

The room was dirty and dusty. The floor was sticky, and there was a lot of food left on the floor, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Room amenities are quite complete, and there are convenient power outlets near the bed, perfect for guests bringing gadgets or working during their stay. The view from the rooms overlooking the pool area is captivating, especially in the morning. The hotel grounds feel peaceful and comfortable for relaxing. The pool also looks clean and is one of the hotel's most attractive facilities. Breakfast offers a varied selection of food, ranging from local specialties to light snacks like pancakes and fruit. The food is quite delicious, and the restaurant area is comfortable for enjoying breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. Another highlight of this hotel is its friendly service and quick check-in/check-out process. Overall, this hotel is suitable for family vacations, business trips, or just a short staycation in Bandung.

The hotel is really cool, and the facilities are also really cool. But unfortunately, the service is not very good. One of the front office receptionists was not very welcoming. Thank God, there are nice guys at the front office who are humble, smile a lot, and don't pick on hotel guests 🙏👍

The staff was very friendly, we got very enjoyable service, the drinking water was free-of-charge too and can get as much as we can. The room was very clean and wide. The hotel also provides sahoor buffet and it was only 98.000 IDR/pax, very affordable for a luxury hotel like Holiday Inn.
