The bathroom is not clean, breakfast is limited (fried rice minus crackers).

Not a recommendation at all. The room is stuffy. The water for bathing is small. Breakfast is just rice cake. It's better to add a little more to get a proper hotel.

First they were not sure if they had my booking or not. After that washroom was unhygienic, bedroom had an odor, and bedsheet had blood strains on it. After I asked them to change my room. They tried but other rooms electricity was not working, so they changed bedsheet and cover. Will not recommend this place to anyone unless absolutely necessary

The lobby is clean, the rooms are not clean especially the towels, the blankets still have stains, the footwear is black, the breakfast is not a buffet anymore, less worth it for the price.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights during Eid, first in room 208, when we opened the door, we immediately smelled an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, after the AC was on, the smell slowly disappeared. The floor had a lot of black spots that couldn't be removed, the overall impression of the room was old and gloomy. Last night I wanted to change the atmosphere, then I was moved to room 210, it was brighter, didn't smell bad, but the mattress was thin. All the towels there were hard and rough. Breakfast is always the same as fried rice and vermicelli, which is thankfully delicious. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, polite and ready to help, and next to the hotel is the Kubang restaurant which is open until midnight.

The floor is dirty, the hot water is off, the receptionist is slow to respond, the breakfast is very minimalist, not worth it at that price.
