Very comfortable and clean and close to the mall so it's nice not to have to go far if you want to go for a walk, in front there is Mixue near Alfamart and Indomart complete.

Now Paragon is no longer allowed to smoke. I just found out when I was about to check out. Maybe the description in the app or the receptionist could have told me before checking out. Otherwise it was okay.

The room is nice and the service is also ok, but the AC is not cold, and there is no AC remote, you have to ask for it first, as well as towels, they are not prepared in the room, you have to ask for them first. The rest is nice, comfortable, the room is also quite nice, but the mattress in room 71 is not worth it, because if you sleep on it it will deflate.

Overall okay, only the water in the bathroom is stagnant, so it feels less clean The same with the AC is not cold enough, if it's for the night it's okay, but if it's for the day, especially when the weather is hot, it won't feel good. And the wifi can't be used.

There was a puddle of water in the bathroom when we first checked in, the floor was quite dirty and sandy. Otherwise it was good.
