The two rooms I frequently book here with my family are both marvelous and fabulous. I love both of them, but the lighting in the dining room is a bit dim, as you can see in the photos.

We didn't expect to be immediately upgraded upon check-in, as we had booked two different room types. The hotel staff promptly upgraded us to the same room as the other we booked. Our only suggestion is the hotel's fragrance, and we'd like to upgrade to a more pleasant one. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was the best.

The room is spacious. The staff is friendly. They have a rooftop pool, gym, and bar. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. However, it would be best if they could operate the rooftop bar fully; live music and routine events won't hurt. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

Staff is okay, location is not so good. The hallway is hot, the central AC doesn't work. Dusty, looks like it's not maintained. Worse, I was on the 16th floor facing the city main road, it was so noisy... The glass is really not soundproof. OMG I couldn't sleep all night, I had a headache. The AC wasn't cold enough in the room. Everything else is still forgivable. But for a 4-star hotel, this isn't the best.
