The staff were unfriendly, and we waited quite a long time without receiving a welcome drink. Upon check-in, the room was quite wet from recent cleaning, very dark, and the bathroom and shower area felt inadequate, lacking amenities. There was also a large, dried mulberry tree in the room.

The resort is beautiful, the rooms are well-equipped and private, there's a secluded, clean and private beach, all the amenities are available nearby, there are swimming pools for both areas, and the price is reasonable. We will definitely come back next time. My family of two adults and one child were very satisfied.

The location is very convenient. The staff are enthusiastic, friendly, and very quick to assist with check-in (if a room becomes available early, they process it quickly so guests can check in even before the scheduled time). There are many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. There are also convenience stores, car rental services, and a spa. Room rates are reasonable. The rooms are quiet and have beautiful views. Only the garden-view area has mosquitoes.

You can rent a bike 200,000 VND/Day. Very useful transportation.

Everything was okay, except for the very poor Wi-Fi, from the room to the pool area. The cleaning staff left a hammer behind, which looked scary, but it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast changed daily, which was good!

I stayed here on November 10-11. The hotel is in a bustling area, near many restaurants. There is a beautiful beach and swimming pool, suitable for a relaxing vacation, especially for couples. The only problem is that the room is quite dark, making it difficult to do makeup. I will come back if I have the chance.
