The room was clean and close to the night market and pedestrian street.

The hotel is in a very nice location, right near Ninh Kieu wharf and night market. The host is very nice. Next time I come back, I will still choose this place.

No breakfast as advertised. There is no hot and cold shower water. Old bedding and smell of room spray. Broken electrical equipment smells like burning. Red invoice is not supported

Staff was not professional and friendly

The hotel did not check the mail so I did not receive the correct room type. The hotel also arranged another room for me, however the room smelled damp.

Free TVs, inactive fridges, spider webs, no slippers, bathroom drains, smog pipes. After we notified the reception of the problem, the hotel promised but did not fix it until the day we checked out. However, the attitude of the hotel staff is also polite
