The advantage is that the boarding house guard is nice, the room is okay for transit. But not for staycation. The location is not in a remote area. It is also close to the Trans bus stop.

Facilities in accordance to the price. + cheap price + the room's clean + communal bathroom is clean and doesn't smell at all + close to main road + administrator is also friendly - window is rather old and rusty so the hinges can't be opened, which means the air circulation isn't ideal and the room can get quite hot and stuffy - my room's door is kinda stuck, so need a bit push to open it, but honestly not really a problem - outlet as you can see in the pics, but works fine (not a problem for me, but it might be to some people) - since it's close to main road, you can hear vehicles noises at night and might disturb your rest if you're a light sleeper - this one is personal, but the sheet freshener smell is a little bit strong, so if you have sensitive olfactory it can makes you nauseous Overall, fair price. If you're planning just to crash for the night like me, it's an okay accomodation. 👌
