You have to wait quite a long time for hot water to come out.

As soon as we arrived at the lobby, we were greeted warmly. We were told in detail the location of the room and the condition of the room we booked/chosen. Breakfast was available from 8-9 on the 2nd floor complete with rice + vegetables and side dishes, bread, coffee, tea, water and fruit, it all depends on your wishes😊

Overall it's good, but on the 3rd floor the bathroom is outside.... makes it uncomfortable for the elderly

The hotel staff are friendly, the receptionist is nice, willing to help guests with whatever they need, the only thing that is a little uncomfortable is that the Wi-Fi often gets disconnected and you often have to ask the staff for help to reconnect it.
