Facilities are not clean.

The hotel is monumental but inside the facilities degraded

I booked a room for 3 guests, no window on weekend. Nice place to stay. Large parking lot for both car and motorbike. The staff was friendly indeed. Reasonable price with well-furnished room and also clean. A little bit far from beach, but perhaps will book this hotel again.

I am quite an easy guest and few reviewers. But when I went to meet the receptionist to check in on Saturday, I had to come up here to judge bad for this hotel for 780k / night. On Saturday night, at 21:00 on March 2, I went to Truong Thinh hotel where there was a receptionist whose face did not smile and did not know how to greet. When she asked me to pay in advance, I wondered why I had to pay in advance. She explained that I still wondered if I had not gone to a hotel asking for payment first. Instead of explaining more, she sighed in front of me and said that everyone paid except for me here. The first time I met the waitress sighed uncomfortably when the guests wanted to ask for information. The second minus point is in Deluxe Double Room, which is located next to the quite noisy elevator, especially when there are guests going up and down in the middle of the night and the light is dim, the room is not soundproofed so the guests outside talk to hear quite clearly. So whoever book here remembers clearly the book staff avoids this room. The third minus point is the poor breakfast menu: beef noodle, fried bread, and noodles, .... I was deducted 40k when going out to eat. The fourth minus point is that the interior of the room is fine except for old blankets and drap mattresses and there are small book traces that still create a feeling of not clean, taking pictures quite nicely but actually slightly inadequate. High sleeping pillows are difficult to sleep. The 5th minus point is the location in Binh Gia which is too far from the sea. Although I ride my own motorbike, I still want to go swimming for 5-10 minutes. Walk 15-20 minutes. Pretty inconvenient.

other clean hotel every bright receptionist is too hot

Everything is great except the morning reception attitude. Reception is not affable with guests, when guests check out and check in. I am a guest but whenever I go down to check out, check in, borrow appliances or ask anything, but the receptionist is not. You welcome so warmly when guests come over!

Scam. Stay away!!! We booked 4 rooms with windows and breakfast, but when arrived they gave us a room without windows. After a long day driving we were greeted with non-welcoming attitude and we have to deal with this nonsense. After a much heated exchange, they agreed to gave us rooms with windows, but no breakfast claiming we have to choose one or the other. We were so upset we create a big drama than they agreed to provide breakfast. Things get more interesting on check-out, we left the key in the room. They demand us to walk to the room and get it for them. We then decided to watch them checking our room just in case, but they demanded us to go downstairs. Upon finished checking the room, they told us one towel were missing, but none of us took the towel and their towel is old and dirty. They fined us 100K VND or $5 USD for the missing towel without letting us stay in the room while they were checking. Big sign of Scam. They scammed us on arrival and during check-out. We demand their hotel to be removed from app. After the experience, i read that several other people had when through the same or similar scam. Stay away from this hotel!!!

The hotel is about 4km from the center, good service, nice room. The breakfast is a bit cold (I order 1 beef noodle soup and 1 beef noodle soup). There is one point I don't like when I check in, I see the blanket and bed sheet with stains, and the hair ... If the hotel fixes the above points, the next time I travel to Vung Tau, I will definitely come back here. .

The hotel is generally degraded so it is not good for 3 stars, the staff arranged for the room near the elevator so it was very noisy, at night it was very difficult for people to go up and down. Get a soft mattress, airy campus, polite staff, take a short breakfast but only iced tea wants to drink water.
