Exceeded expectations for the price. Great.

I have stayed at many hotels in District 1 and found this one to be the best because I like spacious and comfortable spaces. Room for 900k with 2 beds for 3 people right in the center is so good.

The room is clean, I booked a discount on Traveloka for only half the price, very reasonable. The hotel is located right in the center of District 1 so it is very convenient to go anywhere. Most of the hotel is for tourist groups or families so I feel more secure.

My family had a great experience here. Especially the receptionist (I don't know his name) was very enthusiastic and supportive of guests, I felt he supported guests with all his sincerity. At first, when I read the reviews, I was also hesitant to book or not. And in the end, my decision was right. From the reception stage, to the room cleaning,,,, neat and professional. For families with children going to Nhi Dong 2, this is a good choice.

Clean hotel near tourist attractions

The place is comfortable and clean, take the family room, it's really spacious.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff, nice room, clean, airy, comfortable. The only thing is that the toilet smells like sewer. But when you close the door, the smell is gone.

Extremely poor soundproofing, lack of toiletries (razors). Reception staff are rude and disrespectful and not well trained (hang up on guests while talking)

The receptionist was not friendly and did not serve us well. The room was open when we first entered, there was used tissue in the toilet and there were fake eyelashes in the sink. The only plus points are the spacious room and strategic location.

The hotel does not look like the picture, the soundproofing is quite poor, talking in the lobby is heard by all rooms. The first day to the hotel held a karaoke party until 12pm, very noisy. Then it's better, clean the room, the area is convenient to travel
