Very good hotel, clean, convenient near many places to travel

The rules are sometimes different. They charge extra for you to stay for 1-2 hours, when there was never such a rule before.

I was busy and couldn't come back in time. The staff helped me check out very quickly. I forgot my phone charger and they also helped me keep it. 10 points

Friendly staff, ok facilities, reasonable price

▶️ The bathroom must have a mat. There is no mat. ▶️ The shower is broken and needs to be repaired. When turned on, the water splashed everywhere. ▶️ I was sleeping and the house next door was repairing it loudly. ▶️ The room is not soundproof, it is recommended to soundproof it. ▶️ The staff is nice, OK.

The receptionist is cute and friendly. The security guard is enthusiastic. The room is clean, beautiful and comfortable.

The room has a 2-way mirror, the room is dark and very creepy, dirty, the room is only for Chinese girls, I get bored quickly and don't want to talk about it.

I stayed in Hai Phong and went to District 10 3 times and booked a room here. It was clean and fully equipped. Especially the room decor was super nice. The receptionist, cleaning staff and security guard were all very nice and supportive.

The hotel is run down. Stayed for 2 days and the room was not cleaned.
