Check in system during the night (around 21.00 hrs.) When I check in is still delayed, causing to wait about 15 minutes to get into the room

Clean, comfortable, close to MO, but without parking Have to park in the streets Looks insecure with the car

Overall is good as the hotel is clean, quite but some improvement you may consider: 1- there is no enough parking, I would call several times to move my car due to no proper parking lot. 2- everywhere you would see strict rules put on the wall, it felt like I was not in the hotel but student dorm instead, so annoying. As a traveller I know what I am supposed to do.

Sorry for late reply. We were check in during 15/06, unfortunately we felt unknown thing happen in that room 207, so we directly check out within 5:30pm (Malaysia time) without any reason to them.

Why do not we have a keycard?
