The hotel is very clean, the kids are so enamored of the swimming pool, I am very pleased with the service and enthusiasm of the staff. I was especially impressed because the hotel supported me to cancel the room for free although when I booked a room online, the rate was not canceled. My whole family had a really meaningful and happy vacation at Highland. Thanks everyone!

The position is located on a high hill, from here looking down the whole valley, looking at both the Muong Hoa air vessel running through again. Rooms are spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, the hallways are clean and thick, children can run naughty dirt. My family has both old and young people, so I really like the space here. Especially the hotel swimming pool is very good, warm and has a jacuzzi, very relaxing after having to climb the mountain all day. The flower garden of the hotel is small but gives children a small examination, picks up the grass, cheeks and looks for peaches. If the lake in the garden drops goldfish, it is very beautiful. I will recommend this to other family members and will come back here if I have the opportunity to visit Sapa again.

The hotel is great! I was upgraded to Deluxe class because the hotel has no room, no cost, clean and airy room, my room has 2 windows. A delicious breakfast, a little late call taxi service. Overall is great

The hotel in a high position enjoys a beautiful view of Sapa. Rooms and beds are very large, my family is 4 people lying comfortably. Simple room decord that is very beautiful elegance. Welcome drink is delicious cinnamon tea. The breakfast is a bit monotonous. The hotel receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic. If I return, I will still choose this place.
