I arrived around 11 pm from the airport and came to this place. I didn't know that I had booked the room in hours (so actually, some hotels can be used only for certain hours). There was no detailed information while I was booking, no translation or advance information until I met the hotel receptionist who couldn't speak English. So I decided to just go for another hotel with the frustration. I hope either app or the hotel could put or translate this important information for many people to avoid any misunderstanding.
