I arrived around 11 pm from the airport and came to this place. I didn't know that I had booked the room in hours (so actually, some hotels can be used only for certain hours). There was no detailed information while I was booking, no translation or advance information until I met the hotel receptionist who couldn't speak English. So I decided to just go for another hotel with the frustration. I hope either app or the hotel could put or translate this important information for many people to avoid any misunderstanding.

Good places for stay, but hve wrong information only 4 hours stay and staff friendly and also help me for the problem because I can't understand vietnamese.

Đặt khách sạn để ở ngày nhưng khi tới thì tiếp tân nói loại phòng đặt chỉ được ở 4 tiếng giống như bẫy khách đặt, tiếp tân còn chửi khách ham rẻ chi ráng chịu.

Khách sạn Xếp phòng trệt, ẩm, muỗi nhiều.Tôi đặt 2 ngày nhưng 3 tiếng là trả phòng, đổi khách sạn khác.

Để phòng thuê 4h chữ 4h bé tí ti như bẫy, vào ở xong phụ thu 50k 1 phòng ngày đầu (từ 180k lên 230k cũng ok) nhưng từ ngày thứ 2 tăng lên 300k 1 phòng không ổn tí nào, chào thân ái!
