Overall Ratings & Reviews New Palace Bac Lieu Hotel

I booked a room at the last minute and luckily there was still a room available. The price was so cheap for a room with 2 double beds (there were only 2 of us) including breakfast. The food was quite ok, not too sweet, there was also vegetarian food for vegetarians. 10 points for this experience.

Spacious, clean, fully equipped

A very good experience here, clean and fully equipped. The food is delicious but a bit limited. Overall it is worth staying, will come back if there is a chance.

Beautiful and new hotel! Although it is a bit far from the center, it has a beautiful and airy lake view! My family has 4 adults and only 1 child 10 years old, surcharge 165k! If there is no surcharge for children under 12 years old, the service will be more perfect!

The first time I stopped by here - the first impression of the hotel was very nice view of the south lake When entering the hotel 1. The service was very bad compared to the 4-star standard 2. The carpet on the aisle was very dirty 3. The room It is not clean, the smell is very unpleasant 4. The breakfast is all chicken, tofu, eggs made of many different dishes Never come back here for the second time

The hotel towels are too old, so it should be replaced, the room is fine, the toilet is too old so I should do it again, 4-star hotel is not correct, only 2 stars

Nice view. But there are some limitations later. 1. Bad breakfast food. There is no staff carrying luggage. The price is quite acrid.

Having been with my family here about 2 years ago. This time back to the equipment in the room that looks down. Breakfast buffet is the same as before: not much choice. There is a centralized hotel for group guests. In short, this is still the best choice when visiting Bac Lieu

Everything is great except for a dirty pool

Good hotel and service, clean

We checked in this hotel at 10:30pm but the lounge was closed and the reception staff was sleeping. We don't like the breakfast here and the location is a little bit far from city center. Clean room but soundproof is not good. With this price we should choose other hotel.

They have a very nice swimming pool and great service except breakfast. It did meet our expectation as compared with the overall service & acceptable price.

The hotel is new but staffs are small, not standard 4 stars. Satisfied.
