The problem is on his/her owner. They said they gonna give the room at the first floor because we've the aged people, but when we arrive, they said you got the second floor. Additionally, they seem to charge the price up from the total price due to the New Year Festival. Even more, they said the room was available only 2 nights, but we booked for the 3 nights, actually.

Reservation required to pay extra. The room does not match the reservation.
