Bedding dirty, staff has not changed

Clean and tidy room, convenient place cause close to town center and market. Good wifi, nice services.

Clean rooms, reasonable price. Right in the center.

The hotel is close to the transit center. Our house is coming soon but the hotel is still active for check-in before 2 hours :). - Pros: nice room, full hot and cold, TV, fan, air conditioning, quiet. Motorbikes can be rented at the hotel. - Cons: First day I can not see the room but after the phone call, the next day is fully cleared. However, the use of bath milk is less, it is not changed but still for customers. The front desk staff (not sure if this is the hotel owner) does not seem to be friendly enough, looks a bit hard. - Comments: The hotel can use the card to hang guests outside the door such as: Please clean or Do not clean room.

Room smell. Mattress blankets are not clean. No dryer, kettle. The staff does not clean the room only change towels. Normally the hotel uses solar energy, without sun, the staff calls for the hot and cold from the night before to the next morning there is no hot water.

Clean hotel, comfortable, reasonable price

Just good location. Staffs weren't friendly and told a lot of lie and asked for the tip. In the morning, it was very noisy!! Couldn't sleep well! Hot water system always had a problems. Never come back!

Swan Hotel is very close to the crossroads, only about 2 minutes walk can cover the whole panoramic view of this beautiful little city. The surrounding restaurant is busy and clean, near the Ly Ly tea shop. There is a gentle, gentle receptionist. New room, cozy amenities.

The hotel room was dark and morning, and it was suffocated. Hot water (all rooms) is malfunctioning, not cold or warm water, only super hot water is enough to boil eggs for bathing. Staff uncomfortable with guests. Get every advantage is good location

The hotel is clean but bad is that hot water using solar energy or why in the morning it is cold, there is no hot water to bath.
