The location is very strategic & close to the center, just by walking you have arrived, the hotel service is quite good & friendly. The room is quite clean including the bathroom. The breakfast menu is limited, there are only 2 choices. The soundproofing of the room is lacking, so sounds from outside can be heard. The bed may be time to upgrade because it can be heard creaking. But overall it is still quite good and a reference for a place to stay.

The rooms are quite clean. The location is quite strategic. Unfortunately, car parking is difficult and narrow.

Actually, the location of the hotel is quite strategic. It's a shame that the rooms are a bit lacking in terms of tidiness and cleanliness. Especially regarding linen, bathroom and towels. Same regarding the policy for older visitors, like yesterday the people staying were my parents and Uncle Aunt (aged 65 and over), even though there is an elevator, they should not be given a room on a floor too high and far from the elevator. Regarding food, friendliness and service, it's okay. We just need to improve service by prioritizing policies. So you can assess better the concept of service. Thank You.

Just to relax, it's okay, in the middle of Sumedang city, but be prepared to go up and down the stairs because there is no lift in the hotel.

A very comfortable 2 star hotel and the staff are all friendly and fast, breakfast is sufficient, rooms and beds are clean, warm water is also available and smooth, towels and toiletries are available, wifi connection and good TV channels, parking may be limited, recommended for a class 2 hotel according to the price, thank you for the service and all the kindness of the hotel staff. This hotel is very impressive, I wish you more success and glory always.

Sedikit overrated (for me personally), tapi staff nya ramah-ramah dan cekatan. Deket ke jalan utama, ga susah cari makanan di luar. Breakfast nya sederhana, tapi cukup. Cocok sih untuk yang mau bener-bener istirahat, karena ga berisik suara dari luar. Kamar sama kamar mandi juga bersih.

I am really satisfied staying at the Sapphire Home Hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and the location is close to places to eat and Asia Plaza and the breakfast food is simple but tastes good and delicious.

Ga usah pake sarapan deh, ampun deh sarapannya ga sesuai harga, udah kaya di jatah ayamnya cuma sebiji.

This time I was a bit disappointed with the service here. The sound of employees talking & taking a shower in the next room, was quite disturbing our rest comfort. Day 2 of staying there without soap (empty), hot water didn't come out in the morning until late afternoon.
