The receptionist is very rude in terms of we booked a little bit late and there’s a problem with the system She’s being very rude about our the booking because she can’t find our booking number, but it’s not our fault. the next day she still can’t find the booking number and she acting like we are scammer, that’s really RUDE. even i show all the evidence and receipts. then when she find out that the system errors she don’t even say sorry. That’s a terrible experienced ever!!!!!
