The first impression upon check-in was that we were presented with regulations with a hefty penalty of Rp 500,000, such as smoking in the room and in the no-smoking area, as well as penalties for stains on bed sheets, pillows, etc. Honestly, for travelers, this was very uncomfortable. While each hotel has different policies, I often stay at 4- and 5-star hotels, and there aren't many such rules. Maybe the laundry detergent is top-notch. For travelers who already know the many rules, they definitely wouldn't want to stay there again. The service is good, and they even give you ice cream. However, the complicated rules make your stay less relaxing, as you're always afraid of breaking the penalty, even though you know the etiquette of staying there. The hotel is actually very kid-friendly, with a huge area to explore. The only thing I regret is the breakfast. I imagined breakfast at a hotel would be a buffet. But yesterday, when I was there, it was à la carte. I ordered the four-piece breakfast because I was bringing my two young children. Usually, my children eat cereal and pastries for breakfast, not a full meal. But yesterday, I was surprised because the food was served directly to the table. There were no choices. And we weren't informed beforehand that breakfast was à la carte. But otherwise, the hotel was great, clean, and very kid-friendly.

Overall, it was okay. The downsides were that the room didn't have a refrigerator, and the Wi-Fi was intermittent and often wouldn't connect. The room was spacious.
