The hotel has a very cheerful atmosphere. It's just that sometimes the room service comes too late to clean the room, so we come back to the room and it's still not clean.

there’s a little thing bugging us, the water from the shower room splashes out, it runs and makes the toilet area wet, like, completely. apart of it, it’s my fave poppish hotel

The room is not soundproof, the activities of the next room can be heard clearly, which disturbs the whole night before going to bed. The staff is okay but the hospitality feel is lacking. Breakfast at 9 am, all the menu items have run out, so the food is not varied, and there is only what is left.

There is only one cup for toothbrush, the hair dryer is limited to borrow time and the cable is peeled, very dangerous. There are only big towels, no small towels, no facial tissues, the pillows are thin. The TV is ok, the cleanliness is ok, the smell of shampoo and soap is ok.
