The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the BTS Phaya Thai station but set back a little in an alley so it's not too noisy. The hotel is new, has a large swimming pool, which my children loved. The breakfast doesn't have many options, but they were all well-cooked and delicious. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and I slept well.

Rooms were not cleaned well-table with coffee was left that way throughout our 7 night stay. Used items like shower gel, conditioner, coffee, whitener were not replaced, dirty mugs not replaced, floor not swept. Breakfast was very basic, no coffee machine-instant coffee was used, hot or warm milk had to be requested and took as long time to arrive.
