Easy check in process (need 100k deposit and must be cash, no debit)
Friendly staff from front office, room service to security.
The lack is in the cleanliness of the bed.
It seems like my room did not change the pillowcase, bed sheet and blanket. The pillow smells really bad, because I couldn't stand it I asked the room service to change the pillowcase. Under the blanket there were still confetti paper marks from the previous guest (there was still confetti paper trash on the floor).
For the facilities it's ok, big TV (used to have HBO etc. now there's none) the balcony is quite clean, there's an electric kettle, safe deposit box, etc.
Towels and mats were not ready when we entered. It took a long time to be delivered so when the room service passed by I immediately asked for it.
The hotel seems to be super strict in efficiency. Poor room service, you can really see their tired faces
