I usually get room number 5, but yesterday I got room number 1. Everything was comfortable. I hope to book again, hopefully, I'll get room number 5, because I've gotten room number 5 20 times.

Strategically located, the accommodation is comfortable. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the TV has all the channels. The only downside is that the water heater didn't work, so we showered with very cold water.

This budget hotel is excellent, both in terms of exterior and interior, and highly recommended for backpackers. The room I stayed in didn't have air conditioning or a fan, but it was more than enough because the cool air of Batu City was already in the room. There's a shared bathroom with an LPG water heater, so the water is much hotter than an electric one. There's also a drying area for towels, and the Wi-Fi connection is quite fast. Another plus is the morning sunrise view from the outdoor balcony. The parking area in the south can accommodate several cars, but the turning space is a bit difficult when there's a lot of traffic. Furthermore, the hotel's entrance and exit are only wide enough for one car, so passing other cars coming the other way is difficult. Some suggestions and shortcomings in my opinion: 1. There are no doormats in the bedrooms; they are only provided in front of the bathroom door. 2. Guests should be reminded to remove their shoes when using the shared bathroom to prevent the doormat from getting dirty quickly. 3. The exterior windows should be given a privacy screen to prevent the outside from being visible when the curtains are opened. 4. The TV in the room currently only shows one channel and is not yet a smart TV. Overall, this hotel is more than adequate at a very backpacker-friendly price. If I visit Batu City again, I will likely stay here again.

The TV in the room doesn't work, and many smokers smoke in other rooms, and the smoke wafts into my room. It's a shame. I hope they warn you that smoking must be done outside or on the balcony. Also, the mattress is broken, it's caved in in the middle. Please replace it, sir/madam.

The place is quite good and close to the town square, but the view is also very beautiful in the morning.

There were no toiletries at all. No soap, shampoo, or towels.

It was a bit uncomfortable because the bathroom was outside, as it was a peak holiday, so it was full. It was very noisy with screaming children. The shared kitchen was a bit dirty, and there was only one prayer room, and it was far away.

The twin room was quite comfortable and pleasant to use. However, the only downside was the outdoor bathroom. It's recommended for families, as it's close to all the tourist attractions in Batu. Thank you for the friendly service and helpful staff throughout your stay.

The staff is friendly, and the location is strategically located near Bukit Bintang and the town square. The price is very affordable. The walls could use some improvement in the room's cleanliness. There's no trash can in the room, and there's no TV remote.

The room was stuffy, with no air conditioning or fan. A fan is a must, for a hotel of this class.

The room smelled musty and stuffy, and the sounds of children running and screaming could be heard.
