The location is strategic, close to everything (the town square, the transport museum, JTP 1, Bukit Bintang, etc.), and the views around the villa are also very beautiful. In the morning, you can see the mountains and explore the pine forest behind.
The villa is very good, enough for 4-8 adults because in addition to the two bedrooms, there are also two extra beds. Upon entering the villa, it smells good and is quite clean (there are still some dirt residues in the corners, but it's okay, it's not too disturbing). The cupboard is moldy from being unused for a long time, but for me, it's not a problem because I only used it for one day. The TV, Wi-Fi are reliable, and the bathroom has a water heater, so in weather as cold as Batu, I don't have to worry about showering. Thankfully, there were no water outages, and most importantly, it wasn't scary.
For those who want to cook, the kitchen utensils are quite complete. However, when I stayed, it was a shame there was only one spoon and no knife. The rest of the cooking utensils, rice cooker, plates, bowls, etc. are readily available. But if you don't want to cook, don't worry, there are often street vendors selling food passing by in front of the villa.
Yesterday, I was lucky enough to get a great price, even though it was a long weekend.
So, if you're looking for an affordable, comfortable villa with fairly complete amenities, you can come here. However, if you're looking for something aesthetically pleasing and uploadable, this might not be the right choice.
Thank you, and I'll be back if I get the chance again.
