Convenient, with covered car parks though not enough, and safe as security is available all the time. Also going to room using lifts is only possible using keys. The cafe is very big to cater for all customers.

Only the guard and the receptionist greet me. The room service waiter and cabin attendant are good but I think they are shy to smile. Overall the room is very comfortable and clean. Air conditioned is good. Food is good too but limited variety.

Spacious, clean rooms, there's a newspaper. The breakfast is better which is at Imperial Permaisuri, Mall.

Very nice 510 room with cold aircond, provide iron with iron board, got hairdryer, clean toilet with bathtub, comfortable king bed, got breakfast coupon with tasty foods, my daughter so happy playing in the hotel's pool, good staff especially cleaner [soft spoken and friendly]. Thanks. Recommended hotel to stay. 🥰
