Very good environment hotel and comfortable for stay here. Good service

Smell smoke of cigarrette in the room

Just a temporary stopover on business matters, just ordinary and nothing to cheer about because the main door of the bathroom has a broken lock, the shower fountain is broken and the room is too narrow and there is no room for prayer.

The original dirty room can only sit very badly. Good news From the look

Comfort bed and air conditioning working well. Very convenience to find food and groceries as shop just nearby to the hotel.

Strategic location, and clean room.

The room was comfortable. But the iron section was bad, no hanging rack. The bottle spray was broken. Should be replace

Wifi very poor. Staff good respond of complaint.

The bathroom was not well maintained. The bathroom door should not be locked & the water drip from the upper floor toilet 😫

I often stay in this hotel with family. Double queen bed room is just nice. Everything is on par with the charge.

Room is ok, aircond is working properly but the shower’s head is positioned direct to the toilet door, so when we take our bath, the water leak on the floor outside the toilet and flows up to the bed area.

Awesome. Nice stay worth money.

Clean and tidy room only narrow for 3 people, many shop lots and good facilities, forget about buying coupon parking place to be sued.

Best hospitality and comfortable

The rooms are very comfortable and all function properly. The working staff are also very friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is adjacent to the žm isk iskandar and dining outlets.

Lobby/waiting area is very hot, not comfortable at all. The management didn't open the air cond.

The water heater is not functioning well. Called reception to fix it, one guy came and check. It was okay at first but the problem reoccur again. I don't want to call the reception and make fuss over the water heater so we and up bathing with almost cold water during the stay. And I got a pillow case with few holes, it's kinda worn out already.

The room was clean and with basic amenities. We were given room on lower floor as per our request. Might consider staying here again.

Good value for money. Got improvement from last visit stayed. Overall ok 👌🏼
