the location is strategic... but it's a shame that the room is not very comfortable, especially the bed (it doesn't use a thick spring bed, just ordinary foam that goes flat when you sleep on it and the blanket is just a thin cloth like a bed sheet), the bathroom is also not very clean (the floor is slippery)

A homestay "one step" from Tugu Station and "one inch" from Malioboro Get off the morning train from Jakarta at Tugu Station in the late afternoon and check in straight away at Hotel Andrea without having to worry about finding transportation. Just cross the street to enter Gg. 2. Drop off your things, clean up, and rest a bit, then you're ready to explore Malioboro in the evening. Ambience/Amenities: The homestay is quiet in an alley; even motorbikes have to be turned off before passing. There's a terrace for chatting or interacting with other guests or local residents passing by. Food: The hotel doesn't seem to serve food, only bottled drinks in the front lobby. But don't worry, there are plenty of food and drink vendors nearby. Staff Assistance: The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, both the lady and the foreigner (?) who speaks fluent Indonesian and Javanese. We haven't gotten to know each other's names yet. Highlights: For those looking for a cheap, clean place to stay, close to Tugu Station and Malioboro. Price: For the price, it's very reasonable. Location: Just a stone's throw from Tugu Station and an inch from Malioboro.

The accommodation is suitable for those who just need to sleep and shower. There are no amenities. Towels, liquid soap, and bottled water are provided in the room. The location is close to Tugu Station, behind the Neo Malioboro Hotel. It's in a narrow alley. Cars aren't accessible. It's easy to find food. The staff are friendly, and we were waited on when we checked in in the middle of the night.

It's suitable for those who are just stopping by, but if you're staying overnight after a long journey, it's better to look for something comfortable, my suggestion.

For the same price, it's not quite a hotel; it's more like a guesthouse or rented boarding house. The family room is very small, with no blankets provided, no hot water, and no proper storage. The room also feels damp due to the lack of ventilation. Plus, it's a five-minute walk to Tugu Station and close to Malioboro. Perfect for single backpackers who just need a place to rest and a local vibe.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the owner was also very kind. When I requested a refund for booking the wrong dates, they immediately followed up and approved the process. Thank you, Andrea Hotel.

The location is close to the station, close to Malioboro, easy to find food, motorbike rentals are available, close to the mosque, clean rooms, you can leave your belongings, and it's really homey. Perfect for those who want to explore Jogja or just looking for a place to rest.

Near the train station. I used the train from the airport and easy access from the train station to the hotel, the problem only if you rent a motorcycle, since there's a rule we need to turn off the bike while we crossing the small road in front of the hotel, it'll be hard work push your bike all the way in and out all the time. The staff is really nice and helpful especially for my hot water request everyday. I wish the blanket was thicker. Super clean bathroom, there's no bad odor at all from the bathroom. Easy access to the mini market, malioboro street etc. Just more careful with any offers there so you won't get scammed.
