The hotel is expensive but the soundproofing is very bad. You can clearly hear other rooms talking and opening doors. There is noise all night and you can't sleep. The toilet tissue is of the worst quality. So bad.

They didn't check mail from agent when I booked. So when I came, my VIP room was not available. And I had to choose another VIP room with not same quality and furniture as the first. I hope they don't take the same mistake in the future.
