I can not get the bill for payment

Spacious room, enthusiastic receptionist. Only thing is the TV doesn't have Vietnamese, the cleaning ladies are "lazy", asked to clean and change the sheets but were annoyed and had a bad attitude!

Nice room, a bit of an unpleasant smell when first entering but it goes away after opening the room to ventilate. Friendly staff, can check in early if there is a vacant room

Guiding guests into the basement to park their cars, the basement ceiling was low and damaged the car, but did not accept responsibility.

Tôi tới khách sạn Tân An Palace và thời điểm 20h ngày 01/5/2023 nhận phòng nghỉ, phải đợi hơn 30 phút mới được nhận phòng vì lý do phòng chưa được dọn dẹp. Nước trong nhà vệ sinh phòng 309 không thoát được ...; mọi thứ có vẻ không đúng như 4 sao, tôi nghĩ chỉ được 1 sao

The hotel is extremely bad. Gather your visa card and charge your guests arbitrarily even though the customer has paid in full. When I checked in, I did not report: I did not see your booking, and I transferred the information from a long time ago. Unfriendly enthusiastic staff. Soundproofing room is not good. The housekeeping staff talked too loudly that the guests could not sleep.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and enthusiastic staff. There are a few points except that the towels and pajamas are damp and the comfort of the room lacks a bit of sophistication.
