Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly staff.

The towels are torn and dirty, and the bathroom sink is clogged. Don't expect any omelets, as there's no egg corner, as it's a paid option. There's no coco crunch, which is a hassle if you're bringing kids. Parking is cramped and difficult, with only 10 cars available.

The discount does not lie about the facilities and comfort of the room ok.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was wet and had puddles. The cleanliness was lacking. Honestly, I only chose this hotel because it was close to the Jogja Marathon venue and because it bundled the race package.

The staff was very friendly, and the rooms and hotel were clean. However, if you frequently visit the Malioboro-Tugu area, we don't recommend staying here as it's quite far. Laundry and room service are also available, which is very convenient. The Wi-Fi is also very fast. However, the room lock is difficult to open. 😭 It takes a few tries. Perhaps they could replace it with a tap-only access, instead of entering it.

Wow, this is truly a budget hotel with 5-star service. I don't know the name of the guy who was guarding the room at dawn, but he was very responsive. The best hotel if you come back to Yogyakarta. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very nice.

The first day, my room smelled damp. Exhausted, I decided to ask for a better room the next day. I finally got a better room the next day. Room cleaning and towel changes were provided daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't book the room with breakfast included.
