First time staying here with very friendly service from the hotel staff, and a big surprise when the room was upgraded.

Place was clean, breakfast was nice, and staffs were helpful.

One of the silent place to stay in Ubud. Room was good and foods are great! There unfortunately there ' s no place to pray outside the room.

Hotel bagus, Kamar bagus, ranjang enak, bantal juga enak. Pake kingkoil. Yang kurang cuma kita perlu jalan jauh ke kamar dan turun tangga pula. Tidak cocok buat yang bawa orang tua.

2Nd time stay here, definitely my 1st preference when I'm in ubud.

Hotel with clean rooms and friendly and helpful staff, quite varied breakfast with delicious taste, where I received special treatment from the chef to make special fried rice. The downside; The hotel location is far from the busy center of Ubud, the parking area is small and there are not many hotel facilities or the surrounding environment.

They should change the picture in this page! Because I gotta tell you, the Hotel looks much nicer in real experienced. It has lots of outdoor space, like the restaurant is in the center of the hotel with semi outdoor setting, and best is you feel the ambiance of Bali while you're there, you can hear the birds in the morning, because they next to real nature side. And what we loved most about this hotel is their best service. All of the employees shows great attitudes, full of smiles, polite and super helpful. We came check in late and Ms. Mia and crew were super helpful and even gave us the best room ever! Crews at the restaurant for morning BF, so much helpful, and even they remember what we'd like and offer to make us the same thing in the next day. That's a plus. Cleanest of the hotel is no doubtful. We know that they changed the bed sheet with new ones in our room (some hotels sometimes doesn't). They adding and changed the room needs everyday. With new towels, tooth brush, etc. Very much nice experienced, we would recommend and stay here again for sure. 🙏

Yes, you can get a super affordable bazaar price, the room is upgraded to a pool view, the amenities in the room are very, very complete, it's like it's not a pandemic wow, the staff is very helpful until checkout and wants to change hotels using online transportation, a filling & delicious a la carte breakfast can be requested in the room too, there are lots of local & international tv channels, the lighting on the work desk is very bright, the yellow is okay, the balcony is spacious, the pool is also large and kept clean, there are bicycles for those who want to go around relaxing, around the resort there are affordable cafe stalls, fast wifi, allowed for late check out yuhu. The atmosphere is calm, clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, complete with bathroom amenities, unfortunately the TV is often a problem.

A quiet and comfortable place to stay with beautiful natural views. The location is strategic for visits to several tourist areas and restaurants in the vicinity. From the top of the hotel you can see a little part of Mount Batur. Even though it's a pandemic, it still provides the best service, and the food is delicious.

the hotel room is stuffy, the floor of the room looks like it has not been mopped for a long time ... the beds and pillows smell a bit damp, for food so far ok just needs improvement in room cleanliness

Good accommodation - pretty good service - TV has no hbo, cinemax, and others, hot water is not optimal, there is warm water. No soft drinks, only fried rice without chicken-and fried noodles. The cup is dirty and is still filled with water in the water heater. The receptionist's phone pick-up time is not fast. the price of fried rice is too expensive, only the contents of eggs and rice.

Comfortable, beautiful, the room is cool, there is a garden, the view makes the eyes comfortable.
