There were no tissues (only 3 sheets provided), the rest were in Styrofoam in the tissue box. The sheets didn't fit, and they didn't cover the entire mattress. There were no slippers, a water heater, or tea and coffee at the Emerald Hotel's price of 450,000 Rupiah. The service was so bad, so bad. Just close the hotel; it's pointless to renovate if the service isn't improved either. It's really bad.

We checked in 4 rooms, 2 of the AC rooms were not cold, the water was low in one of the rooms, the room was on the 4th floor using stairs, but there was no telephone in the room to contact the FO so we had to try to go down ourselves while on the 4th floor, just going back and forth was already breathless, the FO officers were not very friendly

The hotel is quite expensive, the service is unprofessional, the towels are very small, the shower water is small, the office staff did not provide any explanation about the Wi-Fi, the power point could not be used, while the rooms on the upper floors had to go up and down several times because to ask the staff. I do not recommend this hotel, very disappointing.

The hot water doesn't turn on after sunset, in the morning when I take a shower it doesn't turn on, it only turns on at 8am and even then it's small.

A neat hotel, in the city center, close access to everywhere, only the towels given are small, and the toiletries such as shampoo and soap are inadequate.

Simple hotel just for overnight transit

receptionist is not friendly. upgraded room but got a hot room complained about the air conditioner not being cold, answered just turn off the bathroom blower so it's cold. asked to move rooms the answer is all the rooms are the same, later I move it won't be cold anymore ask to move again. rickety chair the mattress can already feel the springs.. even though I chose an executive room

No notification that it is under renovation, already booked. Dirty and noisy, 4 floors without elevator, construction workers sleeping in the hallway along the room are very disturbing. Old management, minimalist service.

Kamarnya luas, bersih, dan nyaman. Dapet free air mineral dikamar. Kamar mandi bersih. Untuk lokasi hotel sangat strategis ditengah kota, di area hotel sini kalo mau belanja gampang banget, banyak toko baju, toko hape, toko bunga dan lain lain. Lalu kalo mau cari makan juga sangat mudah tinggal jalan kaki keluar hotel udah banyak banget kulinernya dan deket juga kalo ke mini market, terus di hotel juga ada cafe nya enak buat nongkrong dan makan sambil santai2. Cocok menginap disini bersama keluarga dan kerabat, hotelnya tenang dan nyaman. Untuk area parkir sendiri juga luas.

Gedung hotel memang sedang renovasi. Waktu kami menginap air untuk menyiram closet rusak, sudah dilaporkan tapi tidak ada perbaikan, tv tidak bisa nyala juga. Mudah-mudahan ke depan bisa lebih baik, karena tempatnya strategis.

Ac tidak bisa DINGIN, sehingga kalo mau tidur kepanasan.

Kamar mandi tidak ada sampo dan sikat gigi, banyak nyamuk, TV tidak dapat dipakai, dan masih TV tabung. Untuk kasurnya bukan spring bed, handuk kecil dan tipis, lampu kamar redup. Tidak ada air panas. Untuk pelayanan resepsionis tidak ramah. Untuk cafe dan lokasinya sih oke. Namun untuk balik kesana gak akan pernah lagi. Untuk rate yang saya dapat 290rb/malam.

Bener sih, bagus exteriornya. Tapi interiornya bisa lebih bagus lagi. Cukup baik. Ada air panasnya. Kalau mau agak enak ambil tipe kamar paling atas.
