One morning in Hanoi, I chose to stop at Blue Hanoi - a space with a gentle tone as its name suggests: green, quiet and sophisticated. From the moment I stepped through the lobby, the first feeling was neatness and coziness - the kind of place that makes you want to relax after a long journey. Space/facilities: The hotel is designed in a modern style, with bright marble tones combined with warm yellow lights. The reception area is clean, tidy, and has a gentle scent. The rooms are fully equipped with amenities, soft beds, pure white sheets, and windows with natural light that are very pleasant. Food: Breakfast is adequate, not too fussy but sophisticated - fragrant coffee, hot bread and fresh fruit. If you like neatness and gentleness in the morning, the menu here is quite good. Support staff: The biggest plus point. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic in guiding, and always ready to support when requested. Professional service attitude but still maintains the typical closeness of Hanoi people. Highlights: Not just the accommodation, but the feeling of being gently "taken care of" - from the receptionist's smile to the small card on the room table. A small detail but enough to make the trip more memorable. Price: Compared to the location and service quality, the price is completely reasonable. The feeling of "exceeding expectations" is easy to see when choosing Blue Hanoi. Location: Located right in the center, convenient to move to famous tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants. In the evening, you can walk around the old town or Hoan Kiem Lake, just a few minutes walk. ⭐ Summary: Blue Hanoi is a worthy choice for those who love an elegant, sophisticated Hanoi and close enough to feel the real breath of the city.

Friendly staff, close to the center, many restaurants and amenities around the hotel. I went to watch the parade so I didn't experience the breakfast buffet.

As for my room, it was very clean, I stayed here for 2 days, I don't know if it was because I looked like a country bumpkin or something that I was treated like that, it was nothing, on August 30th, I came back from watching the parade and asked if there was any breakfast so I went up to eat, when I went up to the 9th floor there was a chef and a receptionist, I didn't pay much attention, the receptionist brought out the food and asked me directly which room I was in, then I went back to the kitchen and said something to the chef, I don't know clearly but I saw 2 people looking at me, after they finished eating, they said yogurt and yakul milk, I told my younger sister to bring it down to the room to eat later, I just went down the stairs and I heard very clearly those 2 people laughed at me and said that the other 2 people finished eating and brought down the yogurt and after that I don't know what they said next, before that they had prejudiced against the 2 of us, but because I didn't want to argue, I didn't go back to ask clearly, Anyway, I spent my own money and was treated like that, I'm very dissatisfied, you're the night receptionist, you're the day receptionist, I'm very satisfied with the way she communicates, in general, there probably won't be a next time when she doesn't respect you
