When reading through some reviews of foreigners they have bad feedback about the hotel, so I was a little anxious. But when I checked in and stayed there I found it great! Room too beautiful, clean, shower gel, razor shampoo, needles just enough, too cool. The staff there is very enthusiastic too. Our room was very spacious. The next time I go to sapa I will make reservations here again.

Everything in the hotel is ok. location a bit far from the center

The hotel is clean and airy! Most favored is the service. 3-star hotel that served more satisfied than the 5sao hotel I've ever stayed. Everyone there is very enthusiastic and thoughtful. My husband went up after 1 day and checked in at 2pm but the receptionist was still very happy. My family has 2 children, I'm pregnant, so my time is erratic. 9.10 am every morning, but the receptionist is still enthusiastic to serve breakfast. Wait until the guests wake up to cook. But the food is fresh and delicious. Next time you will definitely come back to Sapa to relax

We had no buffet because of the quantities less than 20 persons, they offered us some food they had such as noodle, sticky rice, pho.
