The staffs are very good. The room is not soundproof. You can hear the elevator and knocking on the door from other rooms. The room smells musty from the bathroom. The hotel does not have a parking lot.

The room is very good. New and clean. Free dessert service. But the bathroom may not be suitable for a large family. Because it is more suitable for honeymoon The receptionist is excellent and very smiling.

Stay in a double bed room, next to the room next to the elevator. The room doesn't have soundproofing at all. The sound from outside came in. Both the sound of walking, voice, talking, the elevator sound, the sound from the upper floor Even the voices of other floor maids were heard. Making it impossible to rest Very disturbing with updates.

Awesome boutique hotel....the welcoming drinks was awesomely tasty....everything was great....the only downside was the were no proper parking.

I love this hotel. The environment is so comforting and their staffs are so friendly and helpful. They provided foc soft drinks and nuts and seem it welcome their guests. The location is good, luxurious and relaxing.

The hotel is far from the city center lee Garden plaza, no restaurant or convenient store nearby. Rooms doesn't look as good as pictures. Unpleasant smell from the toilet as well as the room's lighting are too dim.

Warm and cozy place to stay in Hatyai. Just one recommendation is the security of the hotel maybe you just add key card to access the room so it'll be pretty good :)

The Hotel is located a bit far from the main city center which is Lee Garden plaza, so there is no convenient store or restaurant nearby. The lighting in the room is too dim, and I had to move 3 times to a different room since the aircon was not working, thus since its an inverter AC so It's not really cold enough. No slipper given by the hotel, and check in was quite slow. The bathroom glass door is too low so when you going to a toilet, the smell will be all over your room.. but having said that, the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.. that's a plus point. But honestly, I would not come back here to stay. There are more nice hotels around Lee garden plaza area n more convenient.

Beautiful hotel with super attentive staff. The only set back was that there was parking is only at the back alley, although they have CCTV, it does not feel safe. Food was delicious

The habita hatyai is awesome, from the staff to the room. The room especially is very damn good. I just love it. Their services is tip top. Just a little recommended would be nice if you could variety the breakfast for muslim tourist. I have an american breakfast which include the chicken sausage, and I ask for changed which mean give me 2 egg instead of 1 because I cannot eat meat. But they said I can’t changed it as the set already prepared like that. But overall everything was great.

The hotel is in the city. Convenient for people without cars. But if for someone who has a car or rent a car. Must park the car along the way. The hotel has no parking space. When it goes to repair it. So noisy The staff is friendly and friendly.
