Sorry, I'm giving you an unsatisfactory rating. I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned. The sheets and pillowcases hadn't been changed. The bathroom was flooded. The air conditioning was broken, even though there were other rooms ready, cleaned, and with good facilities. Only after I complained did the staff move me to a more suitable room. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention in the future.

The hotel is right next to the ferry ticket counter to Malacca, so there's no need to rush in the morning. I absolutely love the breakfast at this hotel; it's comprehensive and delicious, to my taste buds as a West Sumatran.

The AC is not cold enough, the TV is not a smart TV and there are no TV channels that can be watched.

Salt water bathroom. Air conditioner drips water. Hot water lacks flavor. Bathroom door is hard to lock. For complimentary drinks it's ok. It just feels less comfortable.
