good..only the bed is not clean enough, it itches like there are fleas

I stayed at the hotel for only 7 hours because I was just waiting for a morning flight. The location is not too far from the airport so I chose this hotel & this hotel has a partnership with a car rental that can take you to the airport that is ready 24 hours, so we don't worry about being late. The facilities are very lacking, such as there is no elevator for people, only for luggage & when I checked out at 4 am the officer was not there & the elevator was locked. So I was forced to lower my belongings via the stairs from the 2nd floor. Second, there was no hot water for bathing. Third, the location of our room was far from the reception & different buildings and the contour of the road to the room was up and down. Fourth, the bedroom was very small. But because we were only there for a short time, we had to, to take a shower & sleep for a while. For cleanliness, it was mediocre, the important thing was that it didn't smell & there were no dangerous animals/insects. It was still okay for transit. Thank you.

This hotel is good for transit, but not toddler-friendly. The hotel has two buildings. Ask them for the front building so you don't need to climb the high stairs. Staff not nice.

lucky this time i got the room at the front building i dont have to climb the stairs at the behind building because I am travel with my baby. this is the second time i stay at this hotel. first time I came and they give me room at the behind building.. its very bad experience i have to carry my own luggage with toddler and nobody help me and I have to climb the high stairs with heavy luggage. whoever want to book this hotel, ask them for front of building. the staff is not nice.. some room have kettle some room is dont have. my room dont have any kettle hot water. i choose this hotel because near with food and next to minimart

Orange hotel always my first preferences when stay at kota warisan except if room unavailable. Room space is spacious

Just so so and if you just spend a night this would be so good because near to the airport. But you have to bring your own toothbrush since this hotel doesn't provide you. The AC is not really cold in my bedroom.

All good. But shower WC broken. The room clean and tidy. AC cool enought.

The family room bed is large and the room is quite spacious.

Tempatnya nyaman banget kalo mau overnight transit. Caranya gampang dari KLIA 1, tinggal naik grab 30 RM/mobil, bisa untuk 3 orang. Naik dari pintu 4 kedatangan lantai 1. AC nyaman, air hangat, tempat cukup luas untuk berdua. Terbang pagi lagi, tinggal naik grab lagi 30 RM. Super convinience. Value for money.

The room is clean and the service is good. They can provide airport pick up and drop. It easy to find food around the hotel. The problem is the wifi because when I stayed here the wifi doesn't work well. They said because the room is full so it effect the wifi connection so I decide not to use the wifi.

The hotel staff doesn't care about guests, I have a lot of luggage and no one is willing to help. It's really a calculation with energy.

The distance is close from the airport, with a grab car you pay RM30. The hotel is clean, quiet, and has many shops, fast food restaurants, 24-hour mini markets, and hamburger vendors. So no need to worry midnight if you want to eat.

From the front it looks clean and also crowded with people staying but when you enter the room the air conditioner leaks badly and the toilet also leaks, not really.
