The location is perfect and it is in green palace, which means we can use the pool outside. The staff is answering and trying to take actions when there was a problem. In general rather helpful. However, the place is full of huge cockroaches which I had to handle alone at the end. I caught about 10. The room was filthy. I aksed for additional cleaning which they did but it didn't help much. The AC wasn't cold at all and in bad consition. Keep in mind that you won't get any water. I got an empty gallon and they said they would give me if I stayed minimal 1 week. I stayed 5 nights. The wifi was working in the beginning later not really even if i restarted it.

Staying here is also OK. Thank you.

Not according to the picture, old room, dirty and musty smell, lots of mites until my and my friends' bodies were itchy, the fan didn't work, the wifi didn't work, the admin was unresponsive, the black and white TV couldn't use Netflix.

Sorry, this is my worst experience, the room is different from the photo, the AC is hot and not cold even though I followed the owner's instructions, it still doesn't cool. The TV is broken, the facilities are really bad, only one fan is on, the lights are dim. I've complained but they just responded like that. There was no solution.

The bed was full of itchy fleas, the AC wasn't cooling, the sofa was dirty and had mask marks on it, the cupboard was broken, the Wi-Fi was slow. The staff was also unresponsive and seemed to care. Don't you all ever try to stay here. Thank you, and I'm disappointed.

It's relatively cheap for those with close access to public transportation (KRL). The room is clean. But the facilities are, the AC often turns off by itself even though it's not on a timer, the AC isn't cold but the dripping water causes a flood. There's Wi-Fi but the internet doesn't work, so the TV can't be used either because there's no internet. There's stagnant water on the bathroom floor so it's slippery.

There is no hotel staff, everyone takes care of themselves. The room is different from the one in the photo. The room condition is dirty, lots of insects. The toilet is very dirty. The AC is not cold at all, only wind and when I complained, there was no response. I couldn't get a refund, I was really cheated.
