The place is very clean, although not very spacious. Unfortunately, the bathroom is on the first floor, while the room is on the fourth floor, so going to the toilet is tiring. I guess even though the bathroom is on the same floor, it's on the same floor. Overall, it's good.

The WiFi was having problems while I was there, the signal was also weak at that time, I had to open the window to get the network in before I could get a strong signal, but there were some small holes in the blanket.

Bad services. You are sell a hospitality service but the staffs are not friendly. So sad. And some things that make me disappointed to stay here. But, thanks anyway.

The mattress is very hard and parking the motorbike is difficult.

The toilet has cockroaches/cockroaches 😭 the toilet smells really bad 🤢. Others are fine.

The toilet bowl has blood, there are cockroaches, the TV doesn't turn on, it's just a display, the guards don't care, outsiders can come in as they please and make noise.

Room on the 4th floor, but no lift, narrow stairs up/down, wifi hasn't been on for months.

The room provided does not match the reservation. The selected room is written to have a TV facility, but the TV is not available in the room. The towel facilities are also inadequate. Please check the bathroom fragrance again.

Fasilitas bagus sesuai harga. Dapet kamar yang view-nya city view (gedung-gedung thamrin). Hanya sebaiknya kasurnya harus diperbaharui. Banyak grundulan-grundulan dibalik sprei yang ga berani kubuka wkwkwk.

Penjaganya songong banget, dipanggil-dipanggil, diketok-diketok meja resepsionisnya tetap aja asyik nonton TV padahal ibu-ibu yang jualan didepan iroom aja denger sampe kasian liat saya dan anak saya yang basah kehujanan, baru setelah saya teriak si masnya nyamperin tanpa wajah bersalah sumpah kesel banget cuma karena lagi hujan jadi saya tetap check in kasian anak saya. Pas masuk kamar, masyaallah spreinya bolong-bolong, kasurnya keras kayak bale-bale, untung aja ACnya dingin jadi anak saya ga terlalu rewel. Mohon owner sidak deh kelakuan penjaganya. Makasih.
