Clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere, worth the price.

I like the neat, clean, and fragrant room of the hotel. The location is strategically located on the main road, not far from Sahid, HI, and Thamrin. However, I think for a hotel that is over 600/night, the morning shift staff is still lacking in hospitality. Starting from chatting and joking around at the FO even though the guest is sitting, calling the room without greeting or thanking, there is no basic manners, which makes it awkward. Apart from the neat room, nice interior and delicious food, the staff's actions make me feel like I'm staying at a 200k/night Reddoorz. Applause for the friendly night shift staff, helpful security! Thank you. Hopefully it can change for the better in the future because this hotel is good.

The location is easy to reach, the rooms are quite comfortable.

The hotel staff is very friendly, FO is very proactive in helping guests who request something. This hotel cannot be underestimated! Keep up the friendliness, salute to all the team/all staff

The location is close to the city center so it is easy to reach... if it's night and you need to find dinner, the location is close to the culinary center.

The room floor is a bit dirty, there are signs and there are dirty tissues on the floor at the edge of the bed. It was not swept properly.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is clean, the toilet is also clean. Comfortable to stay here and the location is strategic 👍🏻

Some of the towels smell like they haven't been changed. Breakfast is not very varied. Otherwise, it's okay.

Price does not match the room booked

The receptionist is not very friendly, not smiling, not greeting. Not friendly for motorbike parking, very very very narrow and steep. The electric kettle is dirty, it seems it hasn't been cleaned. The room has no windows facing out, facing the wall. The room tissue is out/empty. The shower water smells bad every time it is turned on. Not good enough for that price

The location is very strategic, it has access to the main road so we won't have to book for public transport to get to near facilities.

The room is quite old but clean. I stayed here one night for Jakarta Running Festival, its around 3 km to Gate 7 Gelora Bung Karno, good for warm up:). There are also a lot of food stall around, pecel lele, ayam goreng and one of Ibnu Jamilo nasi goreng also. The minimarket alfamidi alose near the hotel.

Cleanliness and AC is not cold.

The hotel is located in the city center. Friendly service, rooms are also good. It's just that when staying overnight there was a sound from another room shifting furniture. And that's annoying. This means that the soundproofing between rooms is still not good (I stayed on floor M). Car parking space is also limited. Overall okay considering the position.
