The name is a hotel but there is no service. Like living in a boarding house. Room service is mediocre.

The hotel is easy to find, close to the big market in Waingapu. Customer service is friendly and swift to serve. The room and terrace are clean, and the price is not expensive.

Limited charger plug, does not provide towel facilities.

The room is comfortable but there are less than 1 plug to charge the cellphone and others.

Order the following breakfast, until the hotel instead have to pay for breakfast 😭

The rooms are quite comfortable, clean, but the toilets for standard rooms are uncomfortable, it would be better to be given a squat toilet only, and there are rooms that are not given a clothesline.

Room quality is not good, water is not good.

The breakfast menu for bread needs to be replaced, the shower needs maintenance, is quite clean.

I spent one night in Jemmy hotel in standard room (with fan). Price is very affordable. The room quite spacious, but unfortunately no towel and blanket is provided. Breakfast is a small bread with tea that is provided in the middle of the hall. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel provides drop off service to airport with IDR 40,000 charge.

The place is clean, breakfast can be bread and tea or coffee, in the middle of the city it becomes easy to go everywhere. For backpacker budget, it's really okay.

Maybe you should clean the blanket and mattress more. because there are small animals. and also in the bathroom. But this hotel has tried and is quite comfortable to just stop by on vacation because of the day's activities outside. If the cleanliness is improved, it can become a backpacker's favorite.

Good place. Affordable prices. All staff are friendly (last day at Waingapu, order fried rice, but it's salty). Overall okay.

Clean rooms just need to be equipped with blankets and friendly receptionist.
