Very pleasant. The staff were all friendly. The most memorable moment was when my child played in the indoor playground, and the staff also accompanied him (making sure everything was safe). Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was also complete and delicious. The only downside was that one of the glasses I used had a fishy smell (perhaps not enough soap was used when washing it).

Needless to say, this hotel looks great from the photos. I'm satisfied with the service, the staff are also very helpful. You won't regret staying here. I chose the Premiere Twin room, which has a rock climb and mountain view, of course. There are also many facilities for children, it's very kid-friendly. Highly recommended.

Usually when i booked through traveloka i always got the room that located quite far in the corner and came with kind of old on smell humid room. But in golden tulip we didn’t get that same experience, they put us in good located room and everything work and smell divine.

This hotel is very luxurious and very comfortable. In my opinion, it's the best hotel in Batu. It was truly a pleasant experience staying here. The price is very good considering the facilities provided. Overall, the rooms and facilities are excellent. The hotel has three restaurants, all of which are excellent and offer beautiful views. However, the breakfast food needs to be improved.
