Friendly, comfortable cruise, recommended to come back to stay there again.

Friendly service, clean rooms, easy access.

Room 103. First problem: the AC wasn't cold at all, I told the receptionist but he lightly said just wait, sir, because he had just turned it on, even though the AC had been turned on after dusk, it still wasn't cold, and I asked to move rooms and couldn't. on the grounds that it is full. I stayed with my family with a baby and my child was fussy in the heat all night. The second problem: because it was too hot, I finally changed the position of the mattress slightly to the middle so that it was exposed to the air coming out of the AC to treat the heat for me and my family. But it turned out that when I moved the mattress under the mattress there were broken pieces of glass, so my wife, who was helping me move the mattress, was hit by the pieces of broken glass until the soles of her feet were bleeding. I hope the hotel management can pay more attention to things like this which seem trivial but make guests reluctant to stay here again, even though I have been a regular at the Anggraeni Hotel for a long time, but unfortunately, this time I am really disappointed and don't want to stay at the angraeni hotel again. Hopefully there will be no more victims of injustice like this among hotel guests after me. It's enough for me to feel it. Hopefully the hotel management can immediately pay attention and improve the quality of everything so that it can be even better.

Proses check in cepat, dapat kamar tapi ac nya gak dingin sama sekali, malah panas banget. Komplein ke front desk alhamdulillah dikasi pindah kamar. AC juga gak seberapa dingin di kamar replacement nya tapi mendingan lah. Kamar bersih namun furniture harus di upgrade karena cukup tua dan kamar bau apek, mungkin dari furniture nya. Kamar mandi bersih. Perlu perawatan dan upgrade saja, karena ini hotel bintang satu satunya di Jatibarang dan cukup penuh ketika musim Lebaran.

AC nya harus di maintenance. Kamar bersih tapi furniture sudah tua harus di upgrade mengingat ini satu satunya hotel bintang di Jatibarang. Kasur juga harus diupgrade, karena waktu tidur gak berasa kasur hotel. Nilai plusnya staff ramah sekali. Management harus lebih memperhatikan hotel ini.

Ac tidak dingin, shower tidak nyala, bau rokok, kamar mandi bau.

AC kurang dingin dan kamar agak pengap. Serta kamar mandi bau (seperti uap spiteng).

For the price of more than 400, I don't think it's worth it. Sorry, it tends to be dirty (not clean enough) so it's not comfortable staying here.

Traveloka tertulis kamar mandi. Air panas dan shower. Tidak ada air panasnya. Kecewa.

Resto atau tempat makan sedikit memprihatinkan. Harusnya bisa lebih luas dan lebih bagus lagi. Sempit tidak ada yang bisa dilihat selain tembok dan televisi kecil dan juga sudut dapur. Konsep hiasan tempat makan warna warni nggak jelas kemana arahnya. Berasa tidak sedang makan di hotel, seperti makan dirumah tetangga. Hahaha. Agak pengap. Menu bukan seperti menu hotel. Dengan rate harga 400rb semalam. Menu seperti ini jelas tidak sepadan. Saya heran ada magic com di dalam meja resto, magic com rumahan lagi. Hahaha. Maaf tapi ini jujur. Gak percaya? Menurut saya, dengan harga 399rb, di lokasi yang bisa dibilang bukan wilayah obyek wisata besar ataupun daerah bisnis besar. Dengan fasilitas yang saat ini sangat kurang worth it sekali. Tidak ada sabun, makan atau sarapan tidak variatif & all u can it. Coba bisa di cek beberapa hotel yang masih terjangkau harganya dan memiliki fasilitas yang lebih baik, dan lain-lain yang memang daerah wisata & bisnis. Banyak harga terjangkau namun fasilitas lengkap.

Stopped here for 1 week. For the hotel itself from the outside is quite okay. Breakfast is quite okay it's just that there are often flies for fruit. The bedrooms are standard and lack cleanliness, the toilets are a bit dirty and smelly, the shower leaks and there are often mosquitoes.

For room design is not bad. Cleanliness is okay, it's just that. The AC in the room was very hot for breakfast and the menu was very ordinary. In the fruit are many animals that used to fly, you see?

I enjoyed a break in this hotel and it is not far from the destination I will visit.

No water heater in the room and breakfast time supposed to be on 06:00 o'clock not on 07:00 o'clock. Many traveller like me need breakfast like in the other hotel and we are in a rush to have a family wedding invitation that's why need early breakfast.

Alhamdulillah, the facilities are quite comfortable, the air conditioning is normal, the rooms are spacious, the breakfast is quite varied and it feels right, the receptionist service is friendly, basically according to expectations, the rates are not too expensive.

The hotel is quite clean, even though it is an old hotel type. The facilities and services are simple, but good and friendly.
