the hotel is probably dying. It's very dark from the outside. There are only 8 rooms, the shower has no power, the water is very small. Want to protest but know yourself to feel sorry for the guard. Unfortunately, it's still selling at a fairly expensive price. Going up 3 floors, there's no elevator. The photos are all deceiving. Maybe those were photos when it first opened. It's a shame because the location is good, very close to the toll exit, near the mosque, near the minimarket.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is sharia so non-married couples are not allowed to make reservations, the room and bathroom area are clean, the shower is quite light and big enough for bathing, in essence the room service is very satisfying at a price of less than 300 by this app, it's worth trying. BTW, the room I booked was Hasanah room no. 304 3rd floor and non smoking area so, really comfortable, you can sleep soundly and what is certain is that the condition of the room is attractive and the room air is not polluted hihi. Some of the previous customer posts may have complained about the AC, yep, it's true that the AC doesn't seem to work well in terms of temperature control but it still turns on at a constant temperature of around 23-26 degrees, for me who doesn't like too cold that's really right, not overcool or overwarm so just be safe, thank you Hazotel 😘😉.

Hotel bintang tiga, jujur aku memang terlau berekspektasi tinggi sih karena foto-foto yang ditampilkan bener-bener bagus, rapi, dan aku rasa dengan harga segitu udah bagus. Tapi pas dateng ke lokasi, jujurly agak kecewa sih 😅, dindingnya pake ' nglothok ' alias walpaperjya udah pada copot, terus juga kotor: '). Furniture like the table and chair juga kayak udah lama banget. Setidaknya dari dari segi pelayanan aku kasi nai bintang lima ⭐ karena se-sopan dan se-ramah itu 😊. Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lagi untuk promosinya yaa, kalo bisa foto-fotoya diupdate supaya pelanggan tidak merasa dikecewakan:). Terima kasih.

Apakah ini layak disebut hotel? Memang lagi peak season! Namun apakah bila sisa kamar ini masih layak dijual, dengan harga 400 rb lebih, claim hotel bintang 2. Its oke gak ada lift, AC mati, banyak sampah dibawah tempat tidur, karyawan cuma 1 orang, kasian sekali dia pegang semuanya, jadi resepsionis, jaga travel dan tempat oleh-oleh di satu tempat. Tolong owner kamarnya sangat menjijikan semua kotor, bikin selera makan saya lari!

Pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa di kunci, sabun mandi pun tidak pernah diisi refil nya.

Pintu nya ga bisa nyantol, alias rusakk harus langsung di kunci, kamar mandinya bau toilet, pembatas antara 1 kamar dengan kamar lain tipis banget. Orang kamar sebelah alarm jam 2 pagi kedengeran bgt. Buset dah bikin emosi. Lokasinya strategis. Trus kamar aku yang kemarin ga ada kaca di kamar, cuma ada di toilet. Hadeuh, mana becek pisan harus dandan di toilet. Tolong.

The staff were super helpful, I had an ospect in the morning and I really couldn't get an online motorcycle taxi, and I was assisted by Mr. Dimaz to be escorted to FSM Undip. I don't regret staying here, the staff is really nice, I bought cup noodles, I just asked for hot water but cooked it all at the same time!

Tempatnya lumayan. Urusan untuk cari makan di daerah sini banyak pilihan, bahkan terlalu mudah malah. Kamar mandi perlu dikasih kapur barus atau disemprot pengharum aja. TV nya pakai STB tapi kadang nyambung kadang engga. Overall lumayan lah dengan harga segitu dari aplikasi.

Okay service. Friendly staff. The facilities are quite complete. On the 1st floor, there is a cafe and a typical Semarang souvenir shop. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. You still have to use the stairs to go up. Facilities in the room, there is air conditioning, TV (although in my room it can't be turned on, hehe), mineral water, in the bathroom (there are toiletries, hot water). If you want to find food, it's really easy because around the hotel, there are SS stalls, Surabaya chicken restaurants, Bebek H. Slamet, rice stalls, meatball stalls, chicken noodle stalls, soup stalls, cafes, Indomaret, Alfamart. If you want to go to the ADA supermarket, it's only 850 meters away. If you want to go to the Banyumanik market, about 2 km. Also close to Banyumanik Hospital.

Kamar mandi bau dari selokan atau got deh. Kebersihan perlu banget di tingkatkan. Kamar perlu perbaikan, meja kerja yang patah, AC yang kurang dingin. Semoga ke depannya ada perbaikan
