The room's AC is not cold enough and the hotel is free... is it okay for couples to stay overnight? Asked the receptionist, he said our accommodation is not sharia compliant.

The accommodation is quite comfortable, although not soundproof, close to public facilities, CFD Ijen is also close. It's really worth it for the cheap price.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was spacious, and the bed was large. However, I requested a non-smoking room on the first floor because I had two large suitcases and a small child. The staff gave me a room on the second floor, which smelled of cigarettes upon entering. The small stairway made it difficult to carry two large suitcases. The bathroom was dirty, and the toilet still had dirt residue, requiring cleaning several times. While lying on the bed, my wife's skin became itchy, red, and inflamed. So I immediately decided to move to another hotel. Hopefully, things will improve in the future.

The location is great, close to everywhere. It's just a shame that the toilet often has problems, but ask the staff to fix it and they can. Another minus, there are cockroaches running around every now and then hehehe. Thank you

Got a room for around 300 thousand rupiahs, there was no bathroom door, only curtains, and the floor was not mopped, it was still dusty, and the sheets were already dull. For amenities, there was soap and shampoo, and the warm shower water worked.

Hot water doesn't work in room B4. Even though I brought the kids. 🥹 🥶. The toilet is clogged. Hopefully the facilities will be improved next time. 🙏.

The AC doesn't work, I don't know if this is not a hotel or guest house. Because it's more like going to the accommodation and it's not recommended if you bring toddlers.

As soon as you enter the room the smell is terrible, the bathroom sink is clogged, the hot water doesn't work, plus there are cockroaches in the room, the AC isn't cold.

The room is standard, the pillows are soft but thin, there are only 2 electrical sockets that can be used, the other one is for lights, I'm less satisfied with the bathroom because the toilet is hard to flash and the toilet spray is leaking so apart from making everything wet it's also difficult to spray it out. the water is very slow, at night it's noisy with geckos and the AC blower, hopefully everything that's missing can be fixed.
