The AC was hot, requested a different room. Staff was very unhelpful. They have another room ready but they said no one to clean the room we had already used? We just got in, didn’t make a mess yet. Not really our problem, is it? Then they changed their excuse saying that the other room was already booked, what if the other guest complained that the room was hot? Seriously? And us complaining is okay? Asked for a refund, can only be done in 3 business days. NOT RECOMMENDED. Got moved to a different room after I made a serious complaint. Breakfast was a tiny portion of what we call as “nasi kucing” and 1 piece of fruit. Not even allowed a piece of bread? Only allowed 1 type of breakfast 🤣🤣 Really? How much does a slice cost? No night manager to handle complaints, night staff obviously not trained and has zero product knowledge and problem-solving skills. Never again! ZERO STARS. Don’t hide my name, I want you to know who made this complaint!
