bad service attitude, staff speak rudely

Convenient location, near the center, full check-in support. The hotel is quite old. The bed sheets are a bit yellow but the staff helped change the sheets. The bathroom has a bathtub, okay. The hotel owner is friendly. Reasonable price.

Read many bad reviews but the feeling is worse than I thought, also just an experience, will not come back

The room was moldy, the shower was broken, couldn't be used for bathing. The bed sheets smelled, I asked the staff to change them but they were angry. Too bad.

The room has no hair dryer and there are mosquitoes at night.

Toilet is too old and dirty, water is sometimes there and sometimes not, parking is not possible, room is damp and smells bad, the picture on the booking page is far from reality

The hotel is a bit old but fully equipped. The hotel owners are very friendly and attentive. I hope to come back next time and see the hotel renovate and upgrade the room amenities. Deserves 4*, reasonable price.

Khách sạn nằm ở trung tâm, phòng sạch sẽ nhưng nội thất khá cũ. Hệ thống ống thoát nước có hiện tượng bị tắc nữa. Nói chung vẫn khắc phục được.
