The bathroom and toilet are dirty, not only old but also not kept clean, lots of dirty spots and even cockroaches roaming around, terrible. The 20-story building only has 2 elevators, and only one is used, so if you want to go up or down you have to wait for more than 10 minutes. There are lots of dirty clothes strewn around the wardrobe. The weekend room price of 850 thousand is very much not in accordance with expectations. The pictures shown are photos when the apartment was new, the current condition is much different.

Book 5 rooms for 5 days on app. But none of the rooms are livable. Cannot be refunded because from the beginning in the application the conditions were non-refundable. Finally moved inn, and had to let go of 5 room funds for 5 days.

The shape is like a private apartment for rent, for a fairly cheap price that is more suitable for emergency lodging, it might be more suitable for those who have been forced to not find another alternative stay. Cleanliness is very lacking, especially the bathroom / toilet. The room was thick with the smell of cigarettes, and I doubted whether the sheets and pillowcases had been replaced, considering that this accommodation was not a hotel and no housekeeping staff was like a hotel.

The first time the room entered the smell of cigarette smoke, the sheets and pillowcases smelled of smoke all, should be cleaned again after being used by previous guests. Fragrance is given so it doesn't smell.

In the room the smell of urine, the mattress was broken and the sheets were holes in cigarettes, but the room was clean.

The owner of the property is not friendly and very slow response.
